We used Jovie for our 5 year old when he was under the weather. Star was our sitter and she was fantastic! She was friendly and my kiddo felt comfortable with her immediately. I was super happy about the high level of interaction and the fact that Star was happy to play with my kiddo outside in the backyard and be active with him. I would definitely use Jovie again (and hope that Star would be available!)
We recently used Jovie and were so happy that we finally found a program with Sitters who actually enjoy what they do. Our Babysitter's name is Star. I talked with her for at least an hour before leaving my kids with her. The kids loved her and she did a great job. My boys are very shy but with her joyful personality, they warmed up to her quick. When I left my home I didnt have the usual anxiety about leaving my kids with a stranger feeling. Either way Kudos Jovie. I hope the rest of your Sitters are as amazing as Star!
Jovie has been a great experience so far. The site is very easy to navigate, and the managers are very flexible with scheduling! All in all it has been a great experience and I plan to continue working with Jovie.
