Book through Bright Horizons:
First time using back-up care?
Reserve your back-up care days by calling the Bright Horizons contact center at 877-242-2737.
Received back-up care from Jovie before?
Book through the My Bright Horizons website. When booking, request your local Jovie as the provider. You can see all our locations here.
Reserve your Back-up Care: Once your reservation is confirmed, Bright Horizons will text or email (based on the communication preferences you set) to finalize the details.
Prepare for Peace of Mind: Jovie will match you with an experienced and screened sitter to give your family exceptional care when you need it most.
