I worked with Jovie to plan and implement childcare for a Conference visiting the Indy area. The children all have special needs. Jovie was by far the best childcare service I have ever worked with! Prior to the event, I received a photo and brief bio for all the staff that would be working with our children, which was so wonderful! On day one, all of the staff were easily identifiable in colorful Jovie shirts. They were on time, courteous, respectful, and attentive to our special children. Jovie's management team (Julie) and Lead Sitter (Katie) were exceptional. They were responsive, organized, and went above and beyond to meet the needs of 68 special needs children in their care over the course of 3 days. We hold events throughout the country and I was humbled by the care and attention Jovie staff showed to our parents and children. We will continue to seek out and utilize Jovie Childcare in future states where we hold conferences. Thank you Jovie!
My go-to for rescue childcare!! My wife described Jovie to me as "Uber for childcare" and I completely agree with the convenience and helpfulness! It's super easy and quick to book childcare without the hassle of finding a sitter on your own and when short notice needs arrive. The sitters are all extremely dedicated to the children they care for, and are very well trained for all types of care needs and situations. Jovie caretakers and sitters also bring the extra attentiveness of good communication with parents prior to and during scheduled days, and rarely are ever on their phones unless they need to be, which is very refreshing these days! The Jovie scheduling team is especially friendly and kind too! Thank you very much Jovie for all your service and support, and I look forward to being a client of theirs until our children are old enough to finally (maybe?!) take care of themselves :)
