Role Model Manager
I grew up in the Greater Philadelphia Area (go Phills and Birds) but found my way to Indianapolis in 2014 to attend Butler University, where I graduated in 2018 with my BS in Business and Marketing. Throughout my time as an undergrad and post-grad, I volunteered through Indy Humane where I adopted one of my current dogs. Upon graduating, I worked in a couple of management roles where I was able to hone in on my people skills. I am currently working on my MBA through the University of Southern Indiana where I will graduate in 2024. As the Role Model Manager, I oversee hiring, the onboarding of new nannies, scheduling, payroll, marketing, and maintaining relationships with our role models and families. I look forward to helping and making a difference in the Greater Indianapolis Area!

Family Placement Manager
Being the oldest of six children, and being the mother of a blended family of five kids, I have experienced first hand how busy families can be. At Jovie, I am dedicated to making lives easier for parents by offering solutions with the services we provide to Build Stronger Families. I grew up in the area and attended Purdue University with a BA in Communications. After graduating, I owned a small event planning business in Atlanta before moving back to Indy where I started my own interior decorating / home staging company in 2010. My passion for making a difference makes Jovie a perfect fit for me and my own family.
