As first-time parents, we expected a nanny to help care for our son, but Molly has also taught us so much. She has a gift for creating engaging, developmentally appropriate environments and routines. For example, instead of simply putting out a play mat and toys, she thoughtfully arranged books and toys to create an inviting play space and even set up a toy rotation system to keep things fresh and stimulating. Small touches like these have made a big difference in our son's daily experiences. Molly also helped us bring much-needed structure to our days. We were following our son's hunger and sleep cues, but everything felt reactive and exhausting. She introduced a simple framework for tracking feeds and sleep, which helped us identify patterns and become much more proactive. Our son's needs were always being met before, but now we feel far more confident and organized as parents. What impresses us most is her ability to balance routine with flexibility. If we have evening plans or a special event, she's great at adjusting naps and sleep timing in a way that works for our son while helping our family enjoy the day. Beyond her expertise, Molly is incredibly warm, energetic, and caring. Our son adores her, and we genuinely look forward to seeing her each day.
