Peter is deeply engaged with our communities and enjoys spending quality time outdoors with his wife, Kelley, and their two daughters. While his daughters might say he loves being goofing around and playing sports, his true passion lies in helping families, organizations, and caregivers achieve their goals. Peter's commitment to building stronger families drives everything he does.

Jayden is our dedicated Employee Relations Manager, committed to fostering exceptional care for both our caregivers and families. With a keen eye for detail, she expertly manages caregiver schedules, ensuring optimal staffing while providing ongoing support and training. Her unique blend of firsthand nanny experience and a background in Human Resources has proven invaluable in creating strong caregiver-family matches. Since joining our team in 2022, Jayden has been instrumental in building a positive and supportive environment where everyone thrives.

Recruitment and Sourcing Manager

Sherylyn is responsible for recruiting and training our new caregivers. With extensive experience in engaging children of all ages, she excels at discovering their interests and introducing them to new activities. Since high school, Sherylyn has been dedicated to childcare, complemented by her coursework in child development and her role as a third-grade teacher’s assistant. Joining our team in 2022, she quickly became a favorite among our families. Her most recent position was as a full-time nanny for a family with three children, starting when the youngest was just four months old. Sherylyn believes that her passion, confidence, uniqueness, and respect make her a positive role model for children, qualities she hopes will inspire them towards a bright future. Originally from Sonoma, CA, Sherylyn moved to Denver in search of new adventures. Her empathetic nature and adaptability allow her to thrive in various situations.

Social Media Marketing Intern and Caregiver

Lindsay is the Social Media Marketing Intern at Jovie, where she also serves as a hands-on nanny. With over eight years of experience working with children, she brings a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm to both roles. She is passionate about combining her love for working with kids with her skills in social media marketing. Lindsay is committed to being a beneficial part of families' lives, striving to make a positive impact through her work.

Caregiver Supervisor

Alisha is a dedicated Caregiver Supervisor, supporting both caregivers and families with her first-hand experience in childcare and teaching. Though new to this role, her passion for growth and learning shines through. Alisha's background enables her to relate well to caregivers and families, making her a valuable asset to the Jovie team.
She excels at fostering positive relationships and creating a supportive environment where caregivers can thrive. Alisha focuses on mentoring, implementing best practices, and maintaining high standards of care. She strives to balance the needs of families with the well-being of caregivers, often going above and beyond to provide additional resources and support.
