Leaving your child with a new caregiver in your home can be challenging for any parent, but Annie H. put all our worries to rest and exceeded our expectations. From our initial working interview, Annie's professionalism, experience, and genuine passion for childcare were immediately clear. When our daughter initially became upset, Annie patiently and calmly introduced herself. By the end of the interview, our daughter was laughing, playing, and completely comfortable with her. During the two days Annie watched our daughter, she followed all of our routine instructions perfectly and kept her engaged and well-cared for. Her regular check-ins and updates gave us total peace of mind while we were away. We cannot thank Annie enough and whole-heartedly recommend her to any parents looking for a reliable, caring babysitter.
We have been using Jovie for about 6 months now and we have been very pleased with the service! This week we had 3 separate sitters and we would hire all 3 again. Emma was amazing- arrived early and so professional and even tidied up for us by the time I got back. Becca was great and went above and beyond with her kindness especially towards my 5 year old who wanted to hang a bit with her before we had to leave for our errands. Tatiana was also a stand out as she spent a full day with both girls and did some tedious crafts with them and even put together a dollhouse....such a huge help for a type B mom like me! All 3 sitters mentioned above also contacted me the day prior to review any expectations...we have preferred Jovie to other services like care dot com
