We use Jovie through our work benefits and was placed with Naomi twice. We were very pleased with her attention to our children, especially since our 3yo has autism. I have had instances where some sitters come in and are literally just a sitting body on the couch. You aren't promised an amazing sitter each time so it's sad to see my children be ignored all day. Naomi, on the other hand, talks to our children, tries to engage them in play and also follows all of our directions. As a parent who needs to rely on backup babysitting, it's so important for us that the person who comes in is engaging and kind. We hope to continue to get Naomi in the future.
We received fantastic care for 4 days while our regular childcare was unavailable. My son had an absolute blast with Lilian. She spent all day on the floor playing and engaging with him. And we felt so comfortable as parents leaving him in her care. Back-up care can be so hit or miss, but Lilian was fantastic.
We had a great experience with Jazmin from Jovie. She watched our daughter twice while we came to San Jose on two different trips. She instantly connected with our 16 month old and provided us updates while we were out. She made it easy for us to attend our event knowing our daughter was cared for.
