Jovie worked quickly to pair me up with a tremendous childcare professional named Delaney. She was great!! Really worked well with my children, and was incredibly helpful and informative. Additionally, she called me the same day I booked the request (as again, I needed next day care), and she made sure to take the time to go over all information, and obtain context to help watch over my sons. Lastly, the owner, Gary, reached out to me after I submitted a survey to thank me for my time. I truly believe when a business is ran by an owner that cares for his clients, the company hires professionals that are passionate about child care, and all goes seamless due to clear communication, this is a business that truly cares about its clientele!
My family has used Jovie for 2 years now. The website is easy to use and offers multiple opportunities to add childcare specific information along the way. Providers routinely call days prior to ensure that expectations are level set and customer service has been good when changes arise.
