Franchise Owner
Stuart Dupuy is an entrepreneur, successfully founding multiple businesses including Mom’s Best Friend. Additionally, Stuart was a successful Dell executive where he had a 17 year career. Prior to joining Dell in 1997, Stuart was an attorney practicing commercial litigation with Fulbright & Jaworski. Stuart has a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Texas School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Duke University, with a semester at the London School of Economics. Stuart is married and a father of four children ages 11 through 20, and enjoys spending time outdoors with his family and friends. Stuart is a competitive mountain biker and triathlete. Stuart and his family are active members of Life Austin Church in Austin.

Laura has been working with Mom's Best Friend and now Jovie Sitters for over 20 years! Prior to helping our families, she worked in advertising as a Media Planner at GSD&M. She enjoys leading this awesome team of rock stars who truly give their best day in and day out and the end results is happy families and children. We truly couldn't do what we do without our amazing dedicated staff and our awesome caregivers who truly go above and beyond. In her spare time, Laura enjoys going on walks around Town Lake, hot yoga class, volunteering at her church, dinners with friends and traveling to spend time with her family.

Senior Family Manager
Brooke Bickham Underwood is the Sr. Family Manager for the Sitter Team, having joined the team in 2016. She considers Austin, TX, her hometown, and graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 2015 with a Philosophy Degree and a double minor in Geology and English Studies. She is a self-proclaimed plant lady and has two sweet senior rescue kitties that mean the world to her. In her free time, she enjoys settling in with a good book and a cup of tea. Brooke's favorite part of her job is coming up with creative solutions for any family need and finding them a new favorite sitter. She takes pride in her ability to find the best solutions for any need and looks forward to helping your family soon.

Severa is our Houston Recruiting Manager as well as Team Lead for our Special events staff. She began as an in-home sitter with the company in 2015. Her expertise and dedication has propelled her to her current role. She has a first hand perspective on what it takes to be an excellent caregiver, as well as what families look for in a great caregiver. This insight drives her success in hiring phenomenal caregivers. Severa is a Houston native--born and raised! She has 15+ yrs of childcare experience with all ages. The perspective, experience, and knowledge she has gathered, makes an immense difference when recruiting new caregivers. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, spending time with family and her two pugs, and participating in trivia! Severa would definitely consider herself a Disney Adult!

Wedding Childcare: Many brides wonder what they should do about wedding babysitting services for their wedding. We can either provide individual hotel babysitters that your guests can book for their individual room, or you can choose to provide event childcare.
Convention, Conference, and Event Childcare: Make your conference, convention, or wedding an even bigger hit by providing themed event babysitter services for the children (ages 0-12). Our event babysitters transform a plain room into a themed play center of puzzles, blocks, coloring books, age-appropriate arts and crafts, movies, music and dance, jewelry making, picture frame-making, painting, books, face painting and more. We also fully staff it with an event coordinator and an energetic team of caregivers.
Hotel Childcare: When you are traveling to Houston, we understand that it can make you nervous to schedule a hotel babysitter for your childcare needs. Our hotel babysitting services will put you at ease, as our extensively screened caregivers provide fun, safe, worry-free care for your children at your place of lodging. Every hotel babysitter brings fun and imagination to every job.
Church Childcare: Whether it’s a weekly Sunday service, a special event, a holiday, or a community gathering, we provide screened sitters so that every member of your congregation can actively participate with peace of mind.

Local and Professional: We're locally operated. Our Family Placement Managers will get to know you and make a personalized match with the best caregiver(s) to fit your needs.
On-Property Childcare: Our sitters come to you! Available 7 days a week and holidays!
Families/In-Home: There is a $199 Annual Membership, and the cost of a sitter starts at $38.99/hr including the sitter pay, employment taxes, and agency fees. (There may be an additional fee(s) depending upon your area of town, the number of children, and the care duties. Any care involving driving duties will be billed for mileage reimbursement at the current IRS Rate per mile.) Overnight rates: are billed hourly at $33.99/hr. Gratuity is optional via cash.
Hotels: $38.99/hr including the sitter pay, employment taxes, and agency fees. (Depending on where your care is located, there may be an additional travel fee added to your care.) Please reimburse the sitter for any parking expense via cash. Gratuity is optional via cash.
