She understands firsthand the impact that reliable, high-quality childcare has on a household—and she’s built her work around delivering exactly that.

With a background in business and marketing, along with deep roots in the local community, Debbie is known for her thoughtful approach, strong relationships, and unwavering commitment to exceptional client service. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Clemson University and earned her MBA from Georgia State University while actively building her career.

Debbie is driven by helping families find not just care, but the right care—thoughtfully matched, dependable, and built to last. Her warmth, integrity, and attention to detail have earned the trust of countless families, many of whom return to her again and again.

With 25 years of experience at a Fortune 100 Company, Holly has extensive business acumen and leadership experience. At Jovie, she uses this experience to drive clarity through effective communication; remove barriers for team members; and coach and develop talent to deliver child and senior care solutions that allow families to lead a life uninterrupted.

Holly is known for creating healthy organizations where people thrive and are supported while delivering business results. Seeing people develop in their skills and leadership is what energizes Holly.

Manager of Recruiting and Client Relations

Lydia is the Manager of Recruiting and Client Relations and brings a thoughtful, people-first approach to every family she works with. With a background in education and a Bachelor of Science in Middle Grades Education from Georgia College and State University, Lydia spent four years in the classroom before feeling called to serve families in a broader way.

Her experience extends beyond education—Lydia has also worked as a nanny, including supporting a large family with ten children, giving her a deep, firsthand understanding of the dynamics, needs, and trust involved in in-home care. She is known for her compassion, responsiveness, and ability to quickly find solutions that make life easier for the families she supports.

Lydia is driven by a genuine care for children and a strong belief in helping families feel supported, confident, and set up for success. Families can expect clear communication, thoughtful guidance, and a partner who is fully invested in helping their household run smoothly.

Manager of Care Operations

Alyssa is the Manager of Care Operations at Jovie of Raleigh, Charlotte, and Atlanta, where she has been a dedicated member of the team since 2018. She works closely with families and caregivers to ensure care is coordinated, reliable, and genuinely supportive. Alyssa’s approach is shaped by both her professional background and her personal perspective as a mom to twin toddlers, giving her a deep understanding of the day‑to‑day realities families and caregivers face.

Alyssa earned her bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education with a concentration in science from NC State University (Go Pack!). Prior to joining Jovie, she worked as a public elementary school teacher, a private infant teacher, and a one‑on‑one habilitation technician supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. As the oldest grandchild on both sides of her family, caregiving has always been a natural and meaningful part of her life.

She is known for her organization, strong attention to detail, clear communication, and genuine investment in supporting others. Alyssa firmly believes that you get out of others what you put into them, and she is always mindful of doing everything she can to ensure families and caregivers feel supported, valued, and cared for. Families can expect a knowledgeable, responsive partner committed to creating successful, long‑term care solutions.

During Jess' time at Jovie, she has served in multiple roles, developing her skills and learning various aspects of the business. Her approach is rooted in empathy—she consistently puts herself in the shoes of both families and caregivers to deliver the kind of thoughtful, high-quality experience she would want herself.

Jess is known for her ability to problem-solve under pressure, “putting out fires” while also uplifting morale among both clients and caregivers. She genuinely cares about the people she works with and strives to ensure everyone feels supported, heard, and valued.

Families can expect Jessica to be a steady, hands-on partner throughout their entire journey—from enrollment to ongoing care. She provides personalized caregiver recommendations, shares detailed profiles, offers guidance, and helps families adapt their care as needs evolve over time.
