We have been using Jovie for about a month now and it’s been a wonderful experience. They helped us find our nanny Emma, who watches our 4 month old and 8 year old. Emma is always on time, very dependable, and trustworthy. She takes great care of our kids and keeps us updated throughout the day on how everything’s going. We have also used Ellie and Danika and they are both just as great!!
We have been using Jovie for a few years and are very satisfied with their service. We recently booked Princess for the day and we have nothing but great things to say about her. She was enthusiastic and playful, keeping our energetic toddler busy with fun activities. All while also caring for a baby and even taking the dog on a walk (unprompted!). All evening our toddler was saying "I love Ms. Princess!"
The service is always timely and quick to respond for our childcare needs. Our church often has needs that come up with 1-2 days lead time. Danielle takes great care of us as our point of contact. Many of the workers are great. Sarah H. Is absolutely phenomenal. She is always great with our children and has learned their names from multiple days working here. She is like family to us we appreciate her so much! Tarryn W has also been phenomenal and we have never had an issue with any caregiver.
