We had Amber take care of our 1 year old for four straight days this week while her daycare was on summer break. We could not have asked for a better experience. Amber always showed up on time, was attentive towards our daughter throughout the entire week, and did an excellent job taking care of her. She was very responsible and we felt very comfortable with her.
I highly recommend using their back-up care when your usual provider is not available! We've been matched with 5 different caregivers over our time using this program thus far, and Jeaneva is the best, truly going above and beyond! She took wonderful care of our little one, with engagement, humor, and care throughout the day. It makes such a difference when I know that she is experienced and encourages exploration and age appropriate development.
