We were in a bit of a pinch when we needed a caregiver, and it was very difficult for us to put our trust in someone we didn’t know. After talking with Tami and learning more about Jovie’s caregiver selection process, including background checks, we felt a little more at ease. After the very first day, our caregiver Anna made us feel so much more comfortable. She was engaging, creative, and personable and best of all, she was not a “turn on the TV” kind of caregiver! I really appreciated how she interacted with our kids and kept them engaged. By the end of the first day, our kids were already asking when Anna was coming back. That really said it all! We are so grateful for the peace of mind Jovie and Anna gave us when we really needed it.
All the people I've interacted with, both babysitters and management, are fantastic. I have a little trouble navigating the app, but I'm figuring it out. When I ask for help, they are quick to respond. My kids love the babysitters we've had so far and so do I!
