  Jovie Nannies + Sitters is seeking a compassionate and experienced part-time nanny to join a supportive family in Edmond, OK! This is the perfect opportunity for a nurturing individual who thrives in a warm and welcoming environment.
  
  About the Family:
  
  This busy family has two precious children – a 6-week-old baby and a curious 2-year-old. They need a reliable nanny to assist with childcare during the afternoons and evenings while the mom and dad focus on their careers.
  
  About the Role:
  
  Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday from 3:30-6:30, with potential Friday hours. 
  
  Responsibilities: Work alongside grandma to provide care for both children. Assist with feeding, changing, soothing, and engaging the children in age-appropriate activities. Step up and be active with the toddler or soothing for the newborn. Grandma is loving to the children and friendly; you two will help each other out. 
  
  Ideal Candidate: Experience working with children, especially those with autism, ages 0-3. Some background in child development or education is a plus. A nurturing, patient, and supportive personality is essential. Street smarts and the ability to navigate various situations are also valuable. An ideal candidate will also have a reliable vehicle, a clean record, CPR and FA certificate and childcare references. An ideal candidate would also be vaccinated, up to date on the general requirements.
