  Because this family requires targeted support to balance their demanding work schedules and school routines, we are splitting this position into two distinct, high-impact roles.   CHOOSE YOUR ROLE & SCHEDULE
  
  Role 1: The Weekday Logistics & Routine Specialist (Before & After School)
  
  The Schedule: Monday through Friday split shifts:
  
  Mornings: 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM (School prep & morning drop-offs)
  
  Afternoons: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM (After-school pickup, activities, & evening routine)
  
  The Vibe: This role is perfect for a master organizer who loves structure! You will own the weekday transitions—getting the kids out the door smoothly in the mornings and managing the afternoon wind-down. It’s an ideal position for college students, split-shift professionals, or anyone looking to make a massive impact during peak family hours.
  
  Role 2: The Weekend Enrichment Nanny
  
  The Schedule: Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Full 12-hour shifts)
  
  The Vibe: High-energy, consistent, and active care. You will provide complete, child-focused coverage throughout the weekend so the parents can focus on heavy professional commitments. Your day will be all about active, screen-free enrichment, managing meals, and keeping the children engaged from breakfast to bedtime.

  Proven track record of professional childcare experience with verifiable references.
  
  Valid driver’s license and a reliable, insured vehicle (essential for school logistics!).
  
  Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain before your start date).
  
  Legal authorization to work in the United States and ability to pass a rigorous, multi-state background check.
