This position is with a private family that places a high value on professionalism, discretion, and trust.
The successful candidate will be expected to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the family, their home, and all aspects of their daily life.
As a condition of employment for this assignment, you will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)before your first day of work.

What You'll Do
You'll provide exceptional care for children ranging from infants through school age while helping create a safe, engaging, and positive environment where they can learn and thrive.
Responsibilities include:
Providing attentive, nurturing care for infants through school-aged children
Caring for multiple children while maintaining a calm, organized environment
Planning age-appropriate activities that encourage learning and development
Supporting meals, playtime, naps, and daily routines
Following the family's established routines and preferences
Communicating professionally with both the family and the Jovie team
Leaving the home and each day better than you found it

Keep their availability accurate and follow through on accepted assignments
Build trusting relationships with children and parents
Communicate proactively when questions arise
Maintain the family's privacy by handling all information with professionalism and confidentiality

Represent Jovie with professionalism and integrity

What You'll Bring
Required Qualifications
At least 18 years of age
Previous experience caring for infants through school-aged children
Experience caring for multiple children at one time
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Non-smoker
Willingness to complete a comprehensive background screening
Ability to provide three professional or work references
Current CPR certification or willingness to become certified
Ability and willingness to sign and comply with a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
Ability to lift approximately 30 pounds
