If these values describe you, we would love to have you join this team!We’re are looking for a team of (8) enthusiastic, energetic caregivers and (1) Lead Supervisor to join our Saturday FunDayz™ Enrichment Program for Citadel families in Midtown Manhattan.
Program Dates: Saturdays, July 18 – Mid-October 2026
Staff Hours: 7:30 AM – 6:30 PM (includes setup, breakdown, and pre/post team meetings)
Location: 515 Madison Avenue, NYC
This is an active, hands-on enrichment program for children (infant–12 years) featuring weekly themes, STEM activities, crafts, games, movement, sensory play, and specialty entertainers. This is not a sit-down childcare assignment—we’re looking for caregivers who enjoy being fully engaged, participating in activities, leading games, encouraging creativity, and creating a fun, memorable experience for every child.
Caregiver Responsibilities
* Actively engage with children throughout the day.
* Lead and participate in themed activities, crafts, STEM experiences, games, and movement.
* Supervise assigned groups while ensuring a fun, safe, and welcoming environment.
* Assist with setup, cleanup, meals, transitions, and overall program operations.
Lead Supervisor Responsibilities
In addition to caregiver responsibilities, the Lead Supervisor will:
* Oversee daily program operations and support the caregiver team.
* Manage parent check-in and check-out.
* Welcome families and oversee registration.
* Coordinate daily logistics and serve as the primary on-site point of contact.
Orientation & Training
A mandatory in-person orientation and training is tentatively scheduled for Thursday, July 16 or Friday, July 17 at 6:00 PM at our Manhattan West office. We are finalizing the date.
