Key Responsibilities
Infant Care & Routine: Provide attentive care for a mobile, crawling infant—following structured nap windows, formula feeding routines, and real-food meal schedules (following allergen-safety guidelines).

Light tidying of play areas, nursery, and meal prep tools.
Simple meal prep for the child and developmental activity planning.
Travel Companion (Optional/As Needed): Accompany the family on occasional trips to assist with care (all expenses, per diem, and travel hours covered).

Educational Background: Background in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or strong experience preparing children for preschool is highly valued.

Communication Style: Direct, concise, and professional with adults; proactive and transparent regarding safety and daily updates.
