What a Typical Afternoon Looks Like:
• 🚗 Activity & Pickup Driver: Confidently coordinate after-school pickups, shuttle kids to local practices (soccer, gymnastics, art), and manage gear/uniforms.
• 🍎 Snack & Homework Hero: Provide healthy after-school snacks, encourage positive downtime, and assist with general homework (up to 5th-grade level).
• ⚽ Fun & Active Engagement: Keep a creative 5-year-old entertained during activity wait times, join in on driveway/front yard play, or go for walks with the family’s dogs!
• 🏠 Light Household Support: Encourage the kids to clear their snacks and pack up their gear, helping keep the afternoon routine running smoothly.

Job Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of verified childcare experience (nannying, babysitting, camp counselor, daycare, etc.).
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable personal vehicle.
• CPR and First Aid certified (or willingness to get certified prior to start date).
• Must pass a comprehensive background screening.
• High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework/degree a plus!).
