  Requirements to apply:
  
  • Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.
  • Must be willing to transport children as part of duties.
  • Subject to a mandatory background check. 
    
  
  
  Responsibilities of Jovie sitters:
  
  • Transport children to and from after school activities..
  • Keep a watchful eye to ensure every child feels secure and well-protected.
  • Prepare snacks as needed to keep everyone energized.
  • Become an honorary member of the family by building deep, trusting relationships with parents and kids alike.

  Schedule: Monday 2:30p-9:15p; Tuesday 2:00p-8:00p; Wednesday 2:30p-9:00p; Thursday 2:30p-6:00p
  Pay: $16.00/hour + mileage
  Start Date: August 24, 2026
  Duration: School year 2026-2027

  A clean driving record is essential for this position! A wonderful family in Frontenac is looking for a reliable, responsible after-school sitter for their 9-year-old twins. The sitter will pick the children up from school and safely transport them to and from their after-school activities. This is an excellent opportunity for a college student, as there is built-in downtime during the children's activities, providing time to study or complete homework. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, has excellent communication skills, and prioritizes safety behind the wheel. Family would like to find someone who will remain with them throughout the duration of the 2026-2027 school year. Days and Hours are as follows: Mondays 2:30pm-9:15pm; Tuesdays 2:00pm-8:00pm; Wednesdays 2:30pm-9:00pm; Thursdays 2:30pm-6:00pm
