Professional Nanny Needed for Loving Family (Infant & Preschooler)

  About the Family
  
  We are seeking an experienced, caring, and reliable nanny for a wonderful family with two children: an energetic 4-year-old and a sweet 6-week-old newborn. The 4-year-old attends school Monday through Friday, and the family is looking for a dedicated professional who can seamlessly balance infant care and school transportation.
  
  Schedule & Hours
  
  Guaranteed Hours: 30 hours per week.
  
  Typical Daily Schedule: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM (split shift).
  
  Advanced Notice: There will be 1–2 days some weeks when additional hours are needed, which will be communicated approximately 1 month in advance.
  
  Start Date: Before the end of the month, beginning with a few paid trial shifts to ensure a great mutual fit.
  
  Key Responsibilities
  
  Providing attentive, loving, and safe care for both an infant and a preschooler.
  
  Managing daily school drop-offs and pick-ups for the 4-year-old (school is located approximately 15 minutes from the home).
  
  Engaging the children in age-appropriate developmental activities, playtime, and reading.
  
  Preparing healthy meals and snacks as needed.
  
  Light housekeeping related to the children (e.g., tidying play areas, bottle washing, children's laundry).
  
  Maintaining open, proactive communication with the parents.
  
  Qualifications & Requirements
  
  Infant Experience: Proven professional experience caring for young infants and preschool-aged children 
  
  Driving Requirements: Safe, reliable transportation and a clean driving record with a valid driver's license.
  
  Health & Immunizations: Up-to-date on influenza, Tdap, varicella, and COVID-19 vaccines.
  
  Certifications: CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
  
  Vetting: Comprehensive background check and professional references required.
