Part Time Nanny in Plainfield

Job Description:

• A professional and kind family in Plainfield is hoping to find a long term nanny for their family. They have two kids, ages 4 and 2, who are active and love to play. The oldest is in half day school twice a week, during which time caregiver will only have the youngest. Mom and dad enjoy having a nanny that can be part of their household dynamic and who will be comfortable communicating with them about the kids’ days. They both work from home and like to be involved throughout the day when they’re able, and make an effort to have lunch with the kids. Their ideal nanny is able to keep up with two young children, open to a comfortable relationship with mom and dad, and willing to help expose the kids to new snacks on a weekly basis by trying new recipes with their oldest.
  
  Schedule
  
  
  • Monday, Thursday, and Friday 7:30am-3:30pm
  • Able to be flexible on days of the week for the right ft
  
  
  Requirements, per family request
  
  Nanny must:
  
  
  • Have at least 2 years of childcare experience
  • Be reliable and able to work scheduled hours
  • Have a safe, reliable vehicle and clean driving record
  • Be able to maintain routine and communicate openly with parents
  
  
  Compensation
  
  
  • This position is hourly and pays between $18-$21/hr, pre-tax, based on experience
  • Additional opportunities for supplemental income are available
