Evening Nanny in Naperville

Job Description:

• A busy and professional couple in Naperville is hoping to find a nanny who can grow with them as a family and build a lasting relationship with their girls, ages five and four. Their ideal person can keep up with the girls’ big personalities, is willing and able to play and express their imagination, and genuinely loves to nurture children. Mom and dad are lovely and want someone who can join their team and become part of their family. They’ve been through a few sitters in the last year so reliability and consistency is key. Ideally, their nanny can also help on occasional weekends and/or travel with the family to local destinations upon request – but this is not a requirement.
  
  Schedule
  
  
  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday – 5:30pm-9:30pm
  • Flexibility on start and end time
  • Occasional weekends upon request
  
  
  Requirements, per family request
  
  Nanny must:
  
  
  • Have at least 3.5 years of established childcare experience
  • Be creative and nurturing, and able to keep up with big personalities and emotions
  • Have a safe, reliable vehicle and clean driving record
  • Be a great communicator who can work with mom and dad for flexible schedule changes as needed
  • Be open to a long term commitment
  
  
  Compensation
  
  
  • This position is hourly and pays between $19-$22/hr, pre-tax, based on experience
  • Additional opportunities for supplemental income are available
