Job Description:
- A warm, welcoming family is seeking a patient, engaging, and dependable nanny to become an extension of their family. Their girls are three years old and nine months old, so nanny should have experience caring for infants and toddlers at the same time. Their oldest child has Autism and a speech delay, and the ideal nanny is both comfortable and experienced in caring for children with special needs.
Both parents are hoping to find a nanny who is a good, open communicator and someone who is excited to be with their children. They want the girls to have a role model that they can build a fun relationship with and a person who finds new ways to play to keep things engaging.This position starts in October 2026.
Schedule
Tuesdays & Thursdays, 8:30am-5:30pm
Requirements, per family request
Nanny must:- Have at least 2 years of established childcare experience, special needs experience or willingness to learn is important
- Be patient, kind, and energetic
- Remain calm under pressure and be skilled at using positive redirection
- Communicate openly with parents and help foster a teamwork environment
- Follow established routines and learn the Huckleberry app for tracking naps
Compensation- This position is hourly and pays between $19-$22/hr, pre-tax, based on experience
- Additional opportunities for supplemental income are available
