Part-Time Nanny in Naperville

Position Type: Part Time

Position Location: Naperville, Illinois

Office: Jovie Barrington |Schaumburg |Oak Brook |Wheaton Illinois

Job Description:

  • A wonderful family in Naperville is searching for an experienced, patient, and engaging part-time nanny to care for their bright, curious, and energetic 4-year-old son! This family is hoping to find someone who can become an extension of their parenting team, providing a balance of educational support, active play, and nurturing guidance during the afternoon and early evening hours. Their ideal nanny is someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with children, understands the importance of emotional development, and can make learning fun. A Spanish-speaking caregiver would be an especially exciting bonus!

Their son is a happy, playful, and incredibly curious little boy with a big personality! He currently attends a bilingual Montessori program where his instruction is in Spanish. He's independent, knows what he likes, and loves exploring his interests with someone who is just as enthusiastic as he is. He's an active little guy who enjoys running, playing outside, and exploring the world around him. He's also learning how to navigate big emotions and benefits from a patient caregiver who can acknowledge his feelings, model calming techniques, and help him develop emotional regulation skills.

As an only child, he thrives on one-on-one attention and would love a nanny who takes a genuine interest in his world, encourages his curiosity, and makes afternoons something to look forward to!

Mom works from home in an open office space, while Dad commutes downtown. They're hoping to find a nanny who can confidently take the lead during the afternoon hours, allowing their son to enjoy more quality playtime while helping the family transition smoothly into their evening routine.
