Job Description:
- A welcoming family in Bartlett is looking for a nurturing, energetic nanny to care for their 1-year-old daughter! They’re hoping to find someone with experience caring for toddlers who enjoys encouraging development through play, movement, and age-appropriate activities. As first-time parents, they’re excited to find a caregiver who communicates openly, is flexible, and is happy to partner with them as they learn and grow together. The family also has two dogs, so being comfortable around pets is a must! They would love someone who is available for occasional babysitting as well.
Schedule
Starting Schedule:
Monday–Friday | 7:00–10:00 AM
Schedule Beginning in the New Year:
Tuesday–Thursday | 7:00 AM–6:00 PM
Monday & Friday | 7:00–10:00 AM
Requirements
The ideal nanny will:
Have at least 2 years of childcare experience
Have experience caring for 1-year-olds
Actively engage children through play, movement, and age-appropriate activities
Support developmental growth and encourage milestone progression
Be a strong communicator and flexible team player
Be comfortable around dogs
Be a non-smoker, including vaping
Compensation
$18–$22/hour, pre-tax, based on experience
