Job Description:
A great family in Lincolnshire is seeking help for their two kids, ages 8 and 4 for before and after school care. Both boys are high energy, they want someone who will spend most of the time outside with the boys doing activities. They want someone who will partner with the parents if behavioral issues are identified. It would start in the morning 7:30-9:30 or 8-10 and then return for 3-6:30 one person is preferred, but they will take a before school person and an after school person if that is how it works out. Their top 3 household rules are: Be honest (no lying, you will never be in trouble for telling the truth) being kind, treating everyone with respect. They’re hoping to find a great communicator with an extroverted personality who can play and engage with the kids. They do have a dog. Someone who is active, great at communication and flexible will do well in this home. They will need someone who is comfortable driving to school.
Schedule
Monday - Friday 7:30-9:30 or 8am-10am and then 3pm-6:30pm
Requirements, per family request
Nanny must:
Have 2+ years of childcare experience
Actively engage through play and imagination while on the job
Be a non-smoker (including vape pens)
Compensation
This position is hourly and pays between $18-$22/hr, pre-tax, based on experience
