Choose the availability that works for you while earning $21.00–$23.00 per hour caring for local families.- Full-Time AND Part-Time Opportunities
- Full-Time: Monday–Friday, shifts scheduled between 6:00 AM–8:00 PM
- Part-Time: Select the weekdays you're available.
- After-School 2 PM-10 PM: Great for students, school employees, and caregivers seeking afternoon/evening hours.
Most assignments are 6+ hours.

What Does a Jovie Caregiver Do?
Your assignments may include:- Caring for children ages 6 weeks–13 years
- Infant feeding, diapering, and nap routines
- Reading and educational activities
- Crafts, games, outdoor play, and imaginative activities
- Preparing children's meals and snacks
- Homework and after-school support
- Following family routines
- Light clean-up related to the children
- Providing parents with updates about their children's day
Above all, you'll provide a safe, dependable, and positive childcare experience.
You May Already Have the Experience We're Looking For
Experience can come from many places.
We welcome:
Nannies, Babysitters, Daycare Teachers, Preschool Teachers, Teacher Assistants, Paraprofessionals, Camp Counselors, College Students, Education Majors, Nursing Students, Psychology Students, Social Work Students, Youth Program Staff, Coaches
Regular, verifiable family childcare experience may also qualify.
Requirements- Childcare experience or relevant transferable experience
- Three childcare or professional references
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel to assignments within your selected service area
- CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background screening
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Dependable communication and attendance
