We are a communicative, caring, and organized family of 4 who value reliability, mutual respect, and a collaborative relationship with our nanny. We both work a hybrid schedule outside/inside the home. We enjoy beach trips, library visits, walks, and family meals together. We do our best every day to live thoughtfully and to act with kindness so that our daughters will learn from our actions.
Our 2-month-old daughter is a healthy, happy baby. She will be our nanny’s primary focus.
Our 2-year-old daughter is a sweet and gentle soul. She loves Play-Doh, crafting, climbing, and going down the slide. She is good at sharing, and she has a goofy side too. She is usually at school, but may be around in afternoons. Generally, our nanny will only care for 1 child at a time.

You are a proactive nanny who is warm-hearted, patient, knowledgeable, and open to feedback. You’re highly attentive to detail, keep things clean and organized, and are mindful of child development stages. You support developmental milestones, set boundaries without raising your voice, and communicate effectively with parents. You’re trustworthy, punctual, and value privacy. You value strong communication and partnership with parents.
Job Duties:
Provide full-time care for newborn, with occasional care for preschooler, support developmental milestones, engage in enriching activities including reading, baby-related cleaning, kids’ laundry, light tidying of kitchen and play areas, track feedings, naps, and diaper changes, easy meal prep for children, communicate daily updates with parents, notify parents when baby items are running low, willing to drive children if requested, and maintain a safe and nurturing environment. Qualifications: 3 years of childcare experience with infants and toddlers, have previously worked long-term as a nanny with at least 1 family, infant/child CPR-certified, Driver’s license, reliable vehicle, clean driving record, can engage children without screen-time, and strong references.
Set yourself apart: You have a degree in Child Development or Child Psychology, are bilingual (English/Korean), have experience making baby purees, and/or love cooking and would enjoy cooking for the whole family.
Schedule: Monday-Friday (7a-4p) or (8a-4p)
Pay: $25-$30 an hour (based on experience/credentials)
