What the Role Looks Like
- Care for children ranging from six weeks to 13 years old, based on your experience and comfort level.
- Lead fun, age-appropriate games, crafts, and activities that create joyful, engaging environments.
- Prioritize safety and positive interaction at all times.
- Prepare simple, kid-friendly meals and snacks during care sessions.
- Help tidy up play areas and kitchen spaces after activities, encouraging children to participate when appropriate.
- Build lasting relationships with families who will request you again and again because of the trust and connection you create.
What We’re Looking For
- A reliable, responsible, and energetic individual with a genuine love for working with children.
- Previous childcare experience (babysitting, camps, daycares, teaching, etc.).
- At least 18 years of age, with access to reliable transportation.
- A commitment to showing up on time, being dependable, and maintaining a professional yet playful attitude.
