With a background in nursing and small business, and as a mom herself, Briana brings both professional experience and personal passion to supporting families in the community.
Her leadership is guided by values of honesty, positivity, and compassion. She is dedicated to strengthening Jovie’s presence by building trusted relationships with families and empowering nannies and sitters to shine in their roles.

We are so pleased to announce that our fearless General Manager, Tricia, recently won the Rockstar Manager award for 2024. She was honored at our national award ceremony based on her incredible contributions to the brand, to our office, and to our teams. We are so grateful to have her and look forward to many more years of her incredible leadership!
Her selection: Tricia was chosen as a Rockstar Manager based on her incredible work ethic, her compassion, her ability to drive the business forward, and her insane strength in making it happen year after year — no matter how heavy the lift.
Starting from year 1, she didn’t just show up — she strapped on her metaphorical weight belt and got to work. She gathered every manual she could find, studied with her teammates like a true coachable athlete, asked great questions, and figured out a path forward, rep by rep. Over the years, she’s been promoted multiple times, pushing through each "training level" to now be our General Manager — a true jill-of-all-trades who can flex between leadership, operations, client care, and everything in between.
In her role as our fearless leader, she’s not just managing, she’s coaching and spotting others too. She builds quick, genuine connections with our caregivers, many of whom call her just to catch up (not because they have to, but because they want to). When new challenges pop up, like marketing, social media, or B2B work, she doesn't hesitate to add a new exercise to her training plan — embracing it and growing stronger with every step.
And that’s just her work in the “office gym." Outside of Jovie, Tricia is an absolute powerhouse — literally. She competes at a high level in Hyrox fitness competitions, inspiring her teammates and everyone around her with her dedication, drive, and ability to lift others up while pushing herself.
