Meet the Team
As a veteran of the corporate world with 20 years of sales and field management experience, Susan has worked in both the education sector with Lifetouch National School Studios and Herff Jones Corporation. She’s also held management positions within the staffing industry with Olsten Staffing and kforce.com. Susan chose Jovie as a way to “Leave it better.” Matching families with the proper role model leading to a stronger family fulfills her desire. Susan owns and operates franchises in the following locations: Charlotte, North Carolina; Cincinnati, Cleveland and Columbus, Ohio; and Arlington, Virginia. Susan is also actively involved in Make–A–Wish Foundation and has been since 1999. With Make–A–Wish she has chaired fundraising events, spoken on behalf of the organization, but her true love is meeting wish kids and their families and helping make that wish come true. Susan has participated in over 50 wishes and feels honored to be part of such a magical organization. She is also a board member of The Breathing Association and The Columbus Dance Academy. Susan is a native of Ohio, having lived in Cincinnati, Cleveland, and Columbus, and now enjoys traveling to the various Jovie offices.
William is our client success manager at Jovie of Ballantyne, Myers Park, Arlington, Powell, Mason, and West shore where he helps place phenomenal nannies and sitters with our families. He works to provide as quick a turnaround as possible for families in immediate need and starts sourcing nannies for placements down the road. He is based out of the Charlotte office where he has been for over twelve years, receiving a BA and MA in History and UNC Charlotte. He has worked in client-facing roles for over fifteen years, most recently being employed in the tech sector as a client relationship manager, and truly believes in a client-first approach. In his free time, he loves spending time with his lovely wife and two cats and planning the next trip around the world.
Tina works to introduce Jovie services throughout Ohio. Tina brings more than 20 years of new business development experience including sales support, marketing, public relations, and proposal writing, working for UnitedHealthcare, JP Morgan Chase, and Walt Disney World. Tina holds a BA in Communications and has certifications in Newborn care, proposal writing, and marketing. Over 15 years ago Tina founded a non-profit Children's Theatre Production Company that provides children and families of Central Ohio with enrichment programs that service area food and furniture banks. Tina has been helping Jovie families with their childcare solutions since 2014.
Nicole has been with the Jovie team since 2018. She has thirty years of experience in operations, recruiting, and managing teams. She is adept in all aspects of recruitment support and solutions, creating great customer experiences, and fostering positive work environments. She brings great insight, drive, and leadership skills from her previous experiences as a district manager and operations manager in the retail industry. She has a proven track record for achieving revenue growth, profit margins, and customer satisfaction results. She currently works closely with the nanny teams in all markets and implements ongoing childcare, communication, and leadership training. She implements positive relationships with the team by creating a comfortable, supportive environment where people can engage in effective dialog, and collaboration, resulting in empowerment and increased productivity and retention. She is also an asset in providing support to the staffing team and ensuring the families are well taken care of with exceptional care. She has a Bachelor's Degree from Marymount University and has been very involved in her local community. Ariel manages the employees of Jovie of Ohio and works to support our caregivers and families, striving to make a perfect match between the two. Ariel received a bachelor's degree in Psychology from UNC Wilmington and dedicated her college years to working with a service dog organization and a nonprofit Children’s Museum. After graduating, she worked in social media marketing and managed a team of interns and content creators. Ariel later joined the administrative team at Jovie to focus her career in HR. During her free time, she loves to travel, scrapbook, and spend time with family.
