Franchise Owner
Matt left Corporate America in 2009 and went out on a limb to start something new and different. He purchased his first franchise location in Kansas City and later expanded into Edmond, Oklahoma and Las Vegas, Nevada. He's extremely passionate about this business and loves to engage with our employees, families and businesses we do business with.
Katie F
Owner- Director of Operations
Katie is the Co-Owner and Director for Jovie of Greater Kansas City, Edmond OK and Las Vegas NV. She started on Matt's team in 2014 as the Nanny Placement Manager and became Co-Owner in 2019. Growing up on the West Coast in Portland, Oregon and Los Angeles, California, she moved to Kansas City to raise her family in 2009. She loves the outdoors, cultural arts and music. She is passionate about healthy living and happy families.
Danielle M
Operations Manager - Kansas City and Las Vegas
Danielle is the Operations Manager for Jovie of Greater Kansas City and Las Vegas, Nevada. She joined our team in 2021 and has been such a great asset to our company. A California native she makes her home with her husband Matthew in Kansas City, where she can be close to her five sisters, and many nieces and nephews. In her free time, Danielle likes to bake, spend time outdoors and travel. She hopes to help our caregivers thrive and give outstanding support to the families of the Jovie community.

Tori was born and raised in Las Vegas. She's had numerous different roles with our Franchise system which really helps her to connect with the various applicants she meets on a weekly basis. She knows what they will go through in their position as a Nanny or a Sitter and understands what it takes to be a model employee in our company. Kenzie W
Managment Support
Kenzi started her journey with Jovie as a caregiver, where she cared for families in her own long-term placement. Her love for supporting both families and caregivers led her into an administrative role, where she assisted operations managers across our Kansas City, Las Vegas, and Oklahoma markets before launching and leading the Iowa team.
Born and raised in Kansas City, Kenzi has been around childcare her entire life — helping her mom run a daycare and caring for her many nieces and nephews. She’s also an animal lover with three cats and a dog, and in her free time she enjoys reading, creating stained glass art, and finding new ways to be creative.

Country Club Plaza Lights
Don't miss this KC tradition! This is the region's signature holiday event, offering a magical experience that runs from late November through mid-January. Every year, 15 blocks of the Country Club Plaza are lit up with over a million jewel-colored lights and festive displays.
It's a beautiful, free activity that children of all ages enjoy. You can walk the Plaza, take family photos, and enjoy the holiday atmosphere.
The lights are typically turned on Thanksgiving evening and remain lit daily until the middle of January.

Our Jovie Nannies + Sitters team recently had the immense pleasure of volunteering with an incredible local organization, Happy Bottoms, and we left feeling truly inspired!
Why Diapers Matter
Happy Bottoms works tirelessly as a diaper bank dedicated to providing diapers to low-income families and children who may not have access to them. Did you know that federal assistance programs like SNAP and WIC cannot be used to purchase diapers? This essential need is often overlooked, forcing families to make impossible choices.
By supplying this basic necessity, Happy Bottoms helps children stay clean and healthy, allowing parents to keep their kids in essential childcare programs. Their work is fundamentally about dignity, health, and supporting a child's early development.
