- Mon/Tues/Thurs Afternoons (13 hours/week) | San Antonio 78230
We’re a warm, organized military family looking for a reliable, calm nanny to support our two girls (9 and 6) during after‑school hours while Dad is deployed. They’re creative, kind, and fun to be around — our 9‑year‑old loves gymnastics, reading, art, puzzles, and logic games, while our 6‑year‑old enjoys art, reading, swimming, ballet, and board games. They thrive with someone who is patient, engaged, and enjoys spending time with elementary‑age kids.
Pay:$17–$17.50/hr
Paid weekly through Jovie.
Schedule: (13 hrs/week)
March–December 2026
Mondays: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Tuesdays: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Thursdays: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Consistent weekly schedule — no weekends, no late nights.
What You’ll Do- Pick up the girls from school (Montessori School - 6 miles from our home)
- Drive to after‑school activities
- Help with snacks, homework, and evening routines
- Light household support, including:
- Girls’ laundry
- Simple dinner prep
- Quick kitchen tidy after meals/snacks
- Create a positive, calm environment
- No pet care — we have two friendly cats.
Must‑Haves- Reliable transportation + valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Comfortable driving children
- Able to pass a background check (required by Jovie)
- At least 1 year of childcare experience (paid or volunteer)
- Able to provide childcare references
- Dependable, punctual, and consistent
- Comfortable with cats
- Enjoys working with elementary‑age kids
