Job Description:

About the Family
We are a family seeking a caring and reliable daytime nanny for our 9-month-old son, Aurelio, who was born prematurely at 33 weeks. We have a pet-friendly home with 2 dogs and 3 cats, so comfort around animals is essential.
Schedule Details
This is not a fixed Monday–Friday role.
Days will vary (weekdays and/or weekends)
Schedule is provided one month in advance
Initially 1–2 days per week, with potential to increase up to 3 days

Key Responsibilities- Provide attentive, safe, and nurturing care for an infant
- Bottle feeding and/or assisting with breastfeeding routines
- Diaper changes and maintaining proper hygiene
- Follow nap schedules and support healthy sleep routines
- Engage in age-appropriate developmental play (Montessori-style is a plus)
- Perform light baby-related housekeeping:
- Washing bottles
- Baby laundry
- Tidying play areas
- Monitor and log daily activities (feedings, diapers, naps if needed)
- Maintain a clean and safe environment at all times
Qualifications & Desired Qualities- Experience caring for infants (newborn to 1 year preferred)
- Nursing experience is a plus
- Patient, calm, and nurturing demeanor
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong communication skills (provides updates throughout the day)
- Trustworthy and safety-focused
- Energetic and engaging with developmental activities
- CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
- Non-smoker
- Comfortable working in a home with pets
