Job Description:
- We're hiring fun, active and reliable sitters for our On-Call Sitter Program in New York City.
Our on-call sitters have the opportunity to meet and work with a wide array of families with different numbers of children from all age ranges. This is a perfect position for a sitter, nurse or student seeking part-time OR full time hours with an interest in working with new families on an on-going basis. We are looking for an immediate start date with a continuation through the year. Motivated sitters will average 20-40 hours per week. Maybe school is closed for the day or week; a regular child care provider is not available, or the child is mildly ill and cannot go to daycare or school. As an on-call sitter you will save the day for families when regular daycare or other arrangements fall through.
We focus on the care of the child only; no cleaning, running errands, transportation, or housework. We're highly flexible, and will find the perfect position based on your schedule. Typical schedule could have you working 3 or more days per week, 8 - 10 hours per day. Locations are in Manhattan and Brooklyn. - Assurance – We screen and vet each family looking for childcare
