About the Family:
This dynamic Las Vegas family is comprised of a father and three young children (ages 7, 6, and a 1-year-old), with a newborn arriving in approximately two months, bringing the total to four children. The family maintains a highly organized schedule with active school-aged children involved in academic pursuits, music lessons (violin, piano), and Chinese school. The father is a physician with a demanding and variable work schedule, requiring a nanny who embodies reliability and a high degree of flexibility.

You will be joining a team of dedicated caregivers, working alongside an existing full-time nanny to provide comprehensive care. Key Responsibilities Include:
Primary Care for Infants: Providing dedicated, attentive care for the 1-year-old and the upcoming newborn, including feeding (formula bottles), diapering, consistent nap support, and engaging developmental play.
Support for School-Aged Children: Ensuring older children adhere to their academic and activity schedules, including transportation to/from school and extracurriculars (violin, piano, Chinese school).
Homework Assistance: Providing homework help for children up to the 5th grade.
Household Support: Managing children's laundry, assisting with family laundry (transferring, folding), preparing simple meals for the older children (breakfast, lunch), and assisting with light dinner prep (e.g., chopping vegetables).
Maintaining Home Environment: Performing light household duties such as dishes, wiping counters, and occasional vacuuming, keeping shared living spaces tidy.
Safety & Supervision: Ensuring the safety of all children in the home and during approved outdoor activities within the gated community (e.g., requiring helmets for biking/skateboarding).
Collaboration: Working seamlessly and collaboratively with the family's existing full-time nanny, particularly during weekend shifts.
Schedule:
Full-time, 40 guaranteed hours per week.
Highly flexible availability is essential: Earliest start time is 7:00 AM, with the ability to work as late as 10:00 PM due to the father's variable work schedule.
Work will consist of 5 days per week, with shifts alternating between weekdays and working alongside the other full-time nanny on weekends.
August start preferred.
Who We're Looking For:

A strong work ethic and physical capability to keep pace with four active children.
Fluent in Spanish (preferred, as the family is encouraging this language for the children's learning).
Some college education is ideal, reflecting a commitment to learning and development.

Comfortable with strict household routines and a professional approach to in-home care.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of verifiable childcare experience in a professional setting, outside of your own family, with a strong emphasis on recent newborn and infant care.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and current car insurance for safe transportation.
Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
Current CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain immediately upon hire).
Up-to-date on all standard childhood vaccinations and boosters.
Annual Flu Vaccination required.
