Job Description:
- A warm and professional family in Chestnut Hill is seeking a nanny to care for their active 1.5-year-old son. The parents are looking for a nanny who will be proactive in finding those small and big moments for their baby to play and learn, all while trying to keep the environment organized, friendly and fun. Having adaptability to evolve with the role as he grows will be key.
This little boy loves music and is very interested in books, walks, exploring the outdoors, putting objects inside containers, puzzles, and being an active runner/climber. The ideal candidate will bring their baby/toddler experience as well as a passion for early childhood development into the home, stepping into the role with autonomy, a playful energy, calm confidence, and ease. The nanny will work to keep him on a schedule, plan activities during the week, and maintain a daily log for the parents. This little guy has a severe dairy allergy (along with sesame and avocado), he also has eczema and one parent has severe asthma/allergies. This family is a completely fragrance-free household. This includes things like laundry detergent, personal hygiene products, perfume/essential oils etc. The family asks on days with the family the caregiver will also be fragrance free. They're happy to provide fragrance-free products for the nanny to support this requirement. Other child-related tasks will include following the feed/nap schedule, helping with baby’s laundry, and light tidying of the baby’s environment. A nanny with strong communication, reliability, and a helpful spirit will thrive in this role.
Schedule is Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8-1pm. No car/driving is required for this role and there are no pets in the home.
