Long Term Nanny in Naperville

Job Description:

• An awesome young family in Naperville is looking for a full time, long term nanny to grow with their family and help them raise their two children, although care at this time will only be for their 1.5 year old as mom is due with baby number two in August. Mom and dad are down to Earth and although they keep a routine, they also are flexible and understand that some days will have more structure than others. Their little girl is full of personality and energy, and is a social butterfly.
  
  Their ideal nanny is someone with an intense background in childcare, whether that is as a teacher, career nanny, mother, etc. They’d like someone with more than 10 years of experience in the field, and someone who can help them navigate the ever-changing world of children and parenting. They are hoping to find a nanny who can stay with them for years to come and become a part of their family. They love the idea of their nanny taking the children on adventures to parks, libraries, zoos, etc.

  • Monday – Friday, 8am-4pm
  
  
  
  
  Requirements, per family request
  
  Nanny must:
  
  • Have 10+ years of childcare experience (negotiable for the right candidate)
  • Actively engage through play and imagination while on the job
  • Be vaccinated for tDap, measles, and mumps
  • Be kind, caring, and compassionate
  • Have experience with both infants and toddlers
  • Be a non-smoker
  
  
  Compensation
  
  • This position is hourly and pays between $18-$25/hr, pre-tax, based on experience
