Job Description:
- A great family in Lake Zurich is seeking help for their three kids, ages 13, 10 and 6, before and after school in Lake Zurich, but the kids attend school in Barrington. They’re hoping to find a great communicator with an extroverted personality who can get the kids up, fed and off to school in the morning and play and engage with the kids after homework gets done in the afternoons. Someone who is patient and comfortable working with children of different ages would be ideal. The schedule is regular, but varied across the weeks because it is only for the weeks when the kids are with dad. The schedule will be known well in advance and they will be with dad 6 days then mom 8 and so on.
Schedule
6:30-8:30am and 2:30-5:30pm will be on and off weeks depending on when dad has the kids, however schedule will be laid out a year in advance.
They can have a before school person and a different afterschool person, but Ideal would be one person to do both schedules.
Requirements, per family request
Nanny must:
Have 2+ years of childcare experience
Actively engage through play and imagination while on the job
Be a non-smoker (including vape pens)Be comfortable transporting kids to and from school
Compensation
This position is hourly and pays between $18-$21/hr, pre-tax, based on experience
