  From Boulder to Longmont to Thornton to North Denver - we have pre-screened, caring families seeking in-home childcare for their little ones (3 months - 13+ years). You can work 8-10 days/month or 5 days/week, you set your availability and we'll match you with families in need of care...it's really that easy.

  Here's an overview of what you'll be doing:
  

  • Your primary responsibility involves providing engaging, reliable care for children, typically within their homes. This encompasses feeding, diapering, playtime, maintaining a safe environment, and contributing to their happiness and well-being.
  • You'll assist parents by being a reliable, punctual communicator and leaving the home a touch tidier than you found it.
  • Shifts are generally 4-8 hours per day, with high demand for Monday through Friday slots from 8 a.m. to 4/5 p.m. Positions are available for both part-time (20-24 hours/week) and full-time (25-40+ hours/week) schedules - where you have the autonomy to set your availability.

  Requirements for Joining Our Team:
  

  • Qualifications: You must be 18+ years old, hold a high school diploma or GED, reside in Colorado with eligibility to work in the US without restrictions.
  • Experience: 1-3+ years in childcare, babysitting, or nanny roles with children aged 3 months to 8 years.
  • Logistics: Possession of a valid driver's license, own a reliable vehicle for commuting to and from the job (limited driving on most jobs), and a clean background check are essential.
  • Attitude: We seek positive, engaging, reliable individuals with a genuine passion for caring for families and their little ones.
