Professional Nanny for Infant Twins

Job Description:

• Jovie of Arvada, Broomfield, and Colorado Springs is seeking a patient and professional nanny to provide high-quality care for a set of eight-month-old twins. This position is ideal for a caregiver who specializes in infant development and thrives in a calm, child-led environment.
  
  Schedule & Location
  
  Days: Mondays and Tuesdays
  
  Hours: 6:30 am – 4:30 pm
  
  Location: Colorado Springs
  
  Position Overview
  
  The primary focus of this role is to provide responsive care for two infants (one boy, one girl). The family utilizes a cues-based approach rather than a rigid schedule; therefore, the nanny must be adaptable and comfortable managing nap times and varied developmental needs.
  
  One child tends to be more reserved with new people, while the other is more extroverted. The ideal candidate will have the emotional intelligence to navigate these differing temperaments with a gentle, reassuring presence.
  
  Key Responsibilities
  
  Engagement: Facilitate independent playtime while remaining highly responsive to the children’s physical and emotional cues.
  
  Nutritional Care: Manage a daily routine of bottle feedings and solid meals. While the mother prepares solid food, assistance with meal prep is welcomed.
  
  Environment: Maintain a soothing and gentle atmosphere that mirrors the home’s existing energy.
  
  Household Support: When time permits, assist with the children’s laundry or light household tasks to support the daily flow of the home.
  
  Compensation & Professional Benefits
  
  Hourly Rate: $16.50 – $18.00 per hour.
