- Part-Time Nanny | Toddler Care
Location: Gilbert, AZ 85295
Pay: 18.50/hr (with eligibility for raises in the future)
A warm and active family is seeking a nurturing, engaging, and experienced nanny to provide thoughtful care for their young son. The family is looking for someone who can create a safe, supportive, and stimulating environment while helping support their child’s growth, curiosity, and daily routine. This role focuses on providing attentive care for a busy and energetic 1-year-old who loves outdoor play, exploration, and interactive activities. The family values patience, hands-on engagement, and is hoping to find a nanny who enjoys keeping toddlers active through age-appropriate play.
Schedule
Tuesday – Friday | 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Start Date: July 14, 2026
End Date: March 26, 2027
Responsibilities
This role includes full toddler care includes:- Supporting nap routines
- Engaging in developmental play
- Creating fun, screen-limited activities that encourage learning and exploration
- Outdoor play and active engagement
- Occasional meal preparation
- Maintaining a safe and structured environment
- Supporting developmental milestones and routines
Qualifications
The ideal candidate has toddler experience and an understanding of early childhood development. Experience with food allergies and eczema care is strongly preferred, as the child has dietary restrictions.- The family is looking for someone who is:
- Energetic and able to keep up with an active toddler
- Experienced with allergies and dietary restrictions
- Comfortable with gentle redirection and child-led exploration
- Professional, trustworthy, and able to maintain discretion and confidentiality
