Job Description:

  Pay: Starting $17.25-18.00/hr + Gas Reimbursement + Bi‑Annual Wage Increases
  
  Schedule: YOU choose your availability (5–20+ hrs/week)

  About the Job
  
  You’ll provide care for children ages 1 and up while parents work. Most assignments fall between 7 AM and 7 PM, Monday–Friday, and you can accept shifts that fit your schedule.
  
  About You
  
  

  • You genuinely enjoy kids and love engaging with them
  • You’re creative, playful, and hands‑on
  • You’re available at least two weekdays
  • You have reliable transportation
  • You bring 1+ year of childcare experience (paid or unpaid)
  • You can provide 2-3 childcare references (Mix of both professional and family related)
  • You’re dependable, communicative, and professional
  • You’re 18+

  
  
  What You’ll Do
  
  

  • Provide safe, attentive care in families’ homes
  • Play, read, do crafts, and engage in age‑appropriate activities
  • Support simple meals and snacks
  • Tidy up after your activities
  • Spend time outdoors when weather allows

  
  
  Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift 35 lbs
  • Ability to get up/down from the floor
