• Full-Time Infant Nanny Needed | Gilbert, AZ
  **$500 Retention Bonus offered after six months of employment and $200 End-of-Year Bonus**
  Starting Rate: $18.50/hr
  Location: Gilbert, AZ 85296
  We are a warm, welcoming family who recently moved to the Phoenix area and are looking for a nurturing, reliable, and experienced nanny to care for our sweet 3-month-old son. As we settle into our new community, we are hoping to find a caregiver who will become a trusted part of our family's support system. As first-time parents, we are hoping to find someone who is warm, responsive, organized, and genuinely passionate about infant care and early childhood development. We value consistency, communication, and a caregiver who will help support our son's routines as he grows and develops. Our ideal nanny is someone who can help create a structured, calm environment and support our son as he transitions to a more predictable sleep and feeding schedule.

  Schedule:
  Monday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
  Tuesday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
  Wednesday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
  Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
  Friday: Beginning January 2027
  
  What We're Looking For
  • Experienced with infant care
  • Responsive to baby's needs and cues
  • Reliable with excellent communication skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable establishing and maintaining routines
  • Spanish or Chinese language skills are a plus, but not required
  
  Responsibilities
  • Providing attentive, engaging care for a 3-month-old infant
  • Supporting daily routines
  • Helping maintain a consistent sleep schedule as established by the family
  • Engaging in age-appropriate developmental activities
  • Washing and sanitizing bottles
  • Keeping baby areas organized and tidy
