👶 About the Children:
Newborn Boy – Due July 2025, will be breastfed; nanny may help with infant care, including soothing, diapering, and light bottle prep if needed
Toddler (Almost 3) – Energetic, tiny but mighty; enjoys dancing, art, and morning classes like swim, ballet, and music
Preschooler (5) – Creative, confident, and spirited; enjoys dance, t-ball, and imaginative play; starting kindergarten in the fall
School-Ager (Almost 8) – Thoughtful, kind, and bookish; loves writing, reading, and lacrosse; starting 3rd grade
🏡 Household Environment:
Calm, respectful home with two pets (a large friendly dog and a cat) – nanny must be comfortable with animals
Fenced backyard and secure pool area
No expectation for pet care, but awareness and comfort around pets is important
The home includes stairs (carpeted), and laundry is on the main level
Parents value inclusivity, empathy, and kindness
No smoking or firearms in the home
🛠️ Nanny Responsibilities:
Assist with morning routines, including helping children get dressed, breakfast, and school drop-offs as needed
Engage the toddler with age-appropriate play and outings during the morning block
Support with light household duties such as:
Folding laundry
Tidying up dishes and kids' spaces
Light meal prep (snacks/lunch items, chopping veggies, etc.)
Be available and flexible as family needs may shift between infant care and household help
Collaborate with a hands-on parent who will often be home during the day
✅ Ideal Candidate:
Infant experience required
Comfortable caring for multiple children at various stages
Minimum 2 years of childcare experience across infant, toddler, preschool, and school-age groups
CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
Up to date on vaccinations recommended for infant caregivers (e.g., Tdap)
Reliable, punctual, kind, inclusive, and adaptable
Open to both newer and more experienced nannies — all backgrounds welcome if you bring professionalism and heart
