Compensation:
Summary:
A Bit About Us:
I’m a loving and engaged mom looking for a warm, trustworthy, and developmentally focused nanny for my son, who is just under one year old. I work from home and am currently part-time, deeply involved in my son’s day-to-day, and value a nanny who will complement that involvement with active, nurturing care. Our dog, Sesame (a Cavapoo), is also a cherished member of the household. I believe in honesty, open communication, and building a long-term relationship with the right caregiver.
A Bit About You:
You’re a professional nanny with at least five years of experience caring for infants and toddlers. You’re honest, kind, engaged, and imaginative—someone who thrives in routines but knows how to make each day feel fresh and fun. You’re proactive and understand the responsibility that comes with supporting a child’s growth and development. You love working with little ones, value meaningful developmental play, and are happy to help with light household tasks during nap time.
Job Duties:
You will be responsible for the full care of my 11-month-old son during his waking hours, including diaper changes, feeding, and following his nap schedule. Daily activities should emphasize developmental engagement such as reading, singing, and interactive play with toys and music. During nap time, light household tasks will be expected, including dishes, family laundry, tidying toys, and occasional vacuuming. While pet care is not required, occasional walks with our dog, Sesame, would be appreciated. You will also assist with meal prep for my son (no grocery shopping needed). Above all, honesty, transparency, and open communication are essential. Text NANNY to 206-752-6917 to apply and schedule your interview in under 3 minutes.
Position Highlights:
• A consistent, part-time schedule with W-2 payroll
• Supportive, communicative home environment
• Opportunity for a long-term role (1–2 years or more)
• Child-focused placement
Schedule:
• Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Start date: ASAP
Pay:
• $25–30 per hour
• Additional benefits negotiable
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience with infants/toddlers (ECE background a plus)
• CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
• Fluent in English; bilingual preferred but not required
• Fully vaccinated preferred (not required)
• Physically able to lift and care for an active toddler
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Set Yourself Apart:
You are honest, warm, imaginative, and able to take initiative. You value structure but also bring fun and creativity to your work, making each day engaging and enriching. With experience in fostering developmental milestones—not just babysitting—you understand the importance of intentional, child-focused care. You’re also comfortable working in a home where a parent is present and know how to collaborate while maintaining a professional, supportive presence.
