Assist with simple routines such as snacks, toileting, and transition times.
Communicate clearly with parents about daily activities, observations, and any questions or concerns.
QualificationsExperience supporting children with special needs—especially developmental, neurological, or behavioral differences—is preferred.
Comfortable with an active caregiving role and able to follow Oliver’s pace and interests.
Patient, reliable, and calm in a busy, sensory-rich environment.
Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation (school pickup required).
