Steve is Owner and General Manager of Jovie of Tarrant, Denton, and Collin Counties. He has lived in Keller for nearly 20 years with his four children thriving in the local community. After serving as an aviator/officer in the U.S. Air Force for 10 years, he earned his MBA from the University of Texas at Austin. Steve went on to practice corporate Finance and HR in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area for 17 years. Now, as a Jovie owner, he has the opportunity to combine business with passion to Build Stronger Families in the surrounding communities. Building Stronger Families includes Jovie families, team members, role models and the communities in which Jovie serves. His business focus is to ensure Jovie provides talented and caring nannies, sitters and tutors to the residents of Tarrant, Denton, and Collin Counties. When he is not working, you can find him running, biking and hiking or spending time with his kids.

Hi! My name is Amy Martin and I am the Director of Talent Acquisition for Jovie of Collin, Denton and Tarrant Counties. I am from Wichita Falls but have lived in DFW for the last 10 years with my husband. We have a teenage son, so I am very familiar on what is needed for child care from a parent’s perspective! I look at what families we have that are in need and focus on asking questions that fit the family- down to allergies, location, etc. I do a thorough interview before I pass on a nanny to a family. In my spare time, I am often with my family, exploring with our RV, baking, or volunteering within my community.

Monica is the Director of Operations and Sales for Jovie of Tarrant, Denton, and Collin Counties. She was previously a Family Placement Manager for 3 years. She began as a tutor family but soon became a part of the team as she learned more about their desire to assist young families by providing responsible and quality caregivers. She has enjoyed meeting families and finding solutions to their needs. The best reward is hearing from a family how much one of our Role Models has helped to strengthen their time together. Monica has a Master’s of Science in Healthcare Administration and a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology/Psychology from Houston Baptist University. Upon the arrival of her 2nd son, she left the corporate world to remain home and raise her family. Soon two more boys were added to the bunch. When they grew to school age, she began to homeschool the boys for their education while also attending various programs around the community and Houston area. Two are now in college and the other two are close behind. Their home is in Kingwood, TX. She enjoys supporting her sons in their activities, playing in the garden, attempting DIY projects, and spending time with family and friends.

Hi! My name is Zariah Robinson and I am the Scheduling Coordinator for Jovie. I was born in Louisiana originally and have been in Texas since 2008. I graduated from Arizona Christian University with my Bachelor’s in Biology and am currently pursuing a Master’s of Marriage & Family Therapy degree. I have a lot of nannying experience and did start off as a nanny originally at Jovie. I have years of experience in admin and scheduling work and am super excited to get started with Jovie! I look forward to growing with this amazing company and helping as many nannies and families as possible! In my spare time I like roller skating, painting, baking, and playing with my chihuahua Hannah.

Hi! I’m Alexis and I currently manage the payroll process for Jovie of Tarrant, Denton, and Collin Counties. I’m an honors student at the University of Texas at Austin studying Government on a Pre-Law Track. I’ve lived in Keller all my life and been a part of the Jovie team since 2021. I enjoy reading, cooking, working out, and spending time with my three dogs.

Hi! My name is Lindsay Huckleberry and I am a nanny and Engagement Coordinator for Jovie in Keller, TX. I was born and raised in Texas and have lived here my whole life. I am so excited to work for Jovie because children are my passion. I hold an Advanced Childcare certification from the American Red Cross and have passed a basic nanny skills exam from the International Nanny Association where I have a current membership. I have childcare experience from years of babysitting as well as daycare and church nursery work. I also hold several years of experience in admin from various jobs held in the past. I really look forward to continuing to grow and work for such an amazing company while helping to build stronger families. In my spare time I enjoy reading, watching movies, playing with my dog and spending time with my family.
