I am a lifelong Minnesota resident who recently moved to Greenville, SC. I am a graduate of the University of MN- Twin Cities - go Gophers! I have been the owner of a Jovie (formerly College Nannies + Sitters + Tutors) franchise for 13 years and have 16 years of experience in the nanny and tutor industry. In my free time I enjoy golfing, camping, reading, and working around my house. I also enjoy dining out, wine tastings, and attending community events. I also spoil my cats just a little bit too much. I am very excited to be part of the Rochester, Tri Cities, Asheville, and Greenville business communities helping busy families get the childcare and tutoring they need.

My name is Tricia and I am a proud Greenville, SC native. I changed my career path from manufacturing to Jovie at the beginning of 2022. The change has been wonderful and really given me the fulfillment I was looking for by being able to help people find jobs and help families get the childcare they need. I specialize in recruiting new nannies and sitters as well as improving our engagement and retention. In my free time, I enjoy playing disc golf and hanging out with my cats. I also enjoy outdoor activities and the growing food scene here in Greenville.

I grew up in Eyota, MN but in 2017 I had enough of the winter and moved south with my fiance and our son. We now live in NC and it's great! I love being outside whenever possible: hiking, biking, going to the beach, adventuring. I have been a part of the Jovie team since 2014 working in HR and Sales. Before working at Jovie I had been in customer service in retail, dining, weight loss, and also at a tanning salon. Working in these various industries taught me a lot about myself as a manager, as well as how to deal with many different personalities of customers and employees. At Jovie, I love being able to make the match between a nanny and a family. When the family calls and is happy that they have chosen the nanny to work with them and the feeling is reciprocated, it puts a smile on my face. I enjoy knowing that I have a small part in helping that family become stronger and that nanny to build their resume by being an exceptional role model for the children in their care.

I was born and raised in Orlando, FL but moved to Johnson City, TN in 2006 and I love it here! I graduated from Northeast State in 2013 with an A.S. in Early Childhood Education and Development with a focus on child behavior management. While I was in school I also worked as a pre-k teacher, was a nanny for 7 years privately and also worked in our public school system as an RTI. I have worked for Jovie since 2019, first starting out as a nanny and now I am a recruiter. As a recruiter I love being able to help a family find the perfect nanny or sitter to accommodate all their care needs! In my free time, I enjoy taking long hikes with my dog, reading books with my cats, and going to new local places to eat or shop with my friends.
